Refund Policy
At MyExtra Holding Sdn Bhd (MYEXTRA) mobile APP consumers can purchase 2 types of products, digital and non-digital products.
Digital products include purchase of motor vehicle insurance, fire and burglary insurance, payment for Police/JPJ fines, parking fees and bill payments.
Non-digital products consist of purchasing tyres and batteries.
Refund is given to return of non-digital products only.
No refund is given for purchase of digital products.
Refund is credited to customers account within 7 days of receiving the returned products.
At MYEXTRA we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases.
Refund Process
Returns must be done within five (5) days starting from the day the goods are delivered to customer. Customer may return the items for any of the following reasons:
- received the wrong item;
- the item has a manufacturing defect
The general requirements for returns are as follows:
- Customers have proof of purchase ( invoice number and receipt).
- The goods must be in new condition and returned in the original selling condition and unopened packaging along with all original accessories (including manuals, warranty cards, certificate of authenticity).
- The product must not have been used or installed.
If customer return meets all the requirements above and customer wish to proceed with the return, please have invoice number ready and simply return via free pick-up service.
If customer return is not valid, we will notify customer and arrange the items to be returned. For the items to be returned, a delivery fee will be chargeable. We reserve the right to reject any return, exchange, refund deemed unfit or unreasonable
